Getting Started

On Ramp Intro Course

The On-ramp course is an introduction to the basic and foundational movements of CrossFit. Over three sessions working directly with a coach, it teaches you the language of CrossFit and will get you working safely through the movements that are frequently used during our workouts. This gives you a better understanding of how we run the sessions and helps prepare you for when you start to integrate with the team and get to know our coaches.

Once you've completed the on-ramp, we can then discuss which package you want to proceed with from our memberships.
