Getting Started

Foundations Course

To start, everyone begins with our Foundations course designed for those new to our gym. The course includes three classes, where we’ll teach you the fundamental movements, familiarise you with Olympic lifting techniques, and teach you to move safely. Each class will end with a workout to put your new skills to use. 

 

It's a great way to ease into the swing of things.

Once completed, we can then discuss which package you want to proceed with from our memberships.

You can do the course as a part of a small group

Or you can do the course privately with a coach
