Welcome to CrossFit Ancoats! We are a CrossFit gym based in Manchester City Centre, dedicated to helping busy working professionals regain control of their bodies and build up their strength. Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, and our experienced trainers are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

CrossFit Classes

In it’s true definition, CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on functional fitness at it finest.

Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!

We'll start with our Foundations Package, 3 small group sessions with a coach to learn the basics and get to know the gym, plus 2 weeks membership to get into the swing of things. The Perfect Introduction!

Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with a coach is a great way to the results you want.

When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.

We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per month along with your Group Classes to get maximum results.

Ready to start CrossFit but not sure where to begin? Our Foundations Package is designed to give you everything you need to get started safely, confidently, and with a smile on your face.

Held across one week on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 19:30, these sessions are your intro to the world of CrossFit. We’ll teach you:

  • The language and structure of CrossFit

  • Fundamental movement patterns (think squats, deadlifts, presses)

  • Intro to Olympic Lifting

  • How to move safely and confidently

  • A short workout each session to test your new skills

✅ 2 Weeks of Unlimited CrossFit Classes
Once you’ve completed the 3 foundations sessions, you’ll get 2 weeks of full access to our CrossFit classes. This is your chance to jump in, meet the team, and experience the vibe of our awesome community.
