During Bring a Friend Week, you can join your friend for a fun, coach-led CrossFit session at CrossFit Ancoats.
Pick any class they’re attending and we’ll guide you through a workout that’s tailored to your level – no experience needed.

Terms and Conditions: ​ At CrossFit Ancoats, your safety is our top priority. Please read the following carefully and only proceed if you understand and agree to each statement. PAR-Q: Your Readiness to Train Regular physical activity is safe for most people. However, if you are new to exercise or have any underlying health concerns, it’s important to ensure you’re ready to take part in physical activity safely. Please read the questions below: ​ 1. Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition or that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor? 2. Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical activity? 3. In the past month, have you had chest pain when you were not doing physical activity? 4. Do you lose balance because of dizziness or do you ever lose consciousness? 5. Do you have a bone or joint problem (e.g., back, knee, or hip) that could be made worse by a change in physical activity? 6. Has a doctor ever prescribed medication for blood pressure or a heart condition? 7. Are you pregnant or have you given birth in the last 6 months? 8. Do you know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity? ​ If you answered YES to any of the above questions, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before starting or continuing with high-intensity exercise. ​ Declaration By signing up for membership or attending a class at CrossFit Ancoats, you confirm the following: I have read and understood the above questions and answered them honestly to the best of my knowledge. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform CrossFit Ancoats of any medical changes or conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely in exercise. I understand that participating in physical activity carries a risk of injury and I choose to voluntarily assume that risk. I will follow all coaching advice, scale workouts appropriately, and raise any concerns with my coach prior to beginning any session. I acknowledge that if I have any doubts about my health, I will consult a healthcare professional before participating. By proceeding with membership or attending a class, you agree to this declaration and confirm that you have read and understood the information provided above. If you are unsure about any part of this agreement, please speak to a coach before participating.
