Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have showers?

Yes - we have on-site shower facilities so you can train and head straight to work or your day without any hassle.

 

What if I've never done CrossFit?

New to CrossFit, or exercise in general? You're in the right place, beginners are exactly who we’re built for.

Every session is fully coached and tailored to your level, so you’ll never feel out of place or unsure what to do. Whether it’s your first workout in years or ever - we’ll guide you every step of the way.

 

What if I'm not fit enough?

Nobody walks in “fit” that’s the whole point of starting. Our job is to meet you where you’re at and help you improve, step by step.

Most people say the same thing after a few months: “I wish I started sooner.”

 

Can I do a drop in/pay and go?

Yes, you can.

If you’re visiting or just want to try a session, head to our Drop-In page and book in. You’ll just need to create a quick account, choose your class, and you’re good to go.

 

How much are memberships?

We offer a range of membership options depending on your goals, schedule, and how quickly you want to progress. Our most popular memberships are Performance - unlimited classes £129/pm. Momentum - 13 classes per month £115/pm. Not sure where to start, try our 7 day unlimited class trial. or pop in for coffee and chat.

What are the benefits of CrossFit?

In short - everything improves.

You’ll build strength, improve your fitness, increase energy levels, and feel more confident in your body. But what most people don’t expect is how much it helps mentally - reducing stress and giving you a real sense of progress each week.

And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone.

 

What time are classes?

We run classes throughout the day to fit around your schedule:

Weekdays:
6:00am / 7:00am / 8:00am
12:00pm
5:30pm / 6:30pm / 7:30pm

 

Weekends:
Saturday: 9:00am & 10:00am
Sunday: 10:00am & 11:00am
